Sigil Placement: Back of right ear. Also outlined in white fur

Monster: Infernal/Cerberus (Black Dog)
Drakonis/Dragon (Ice Dragon)
Obvious Monster Traits:
-Partial canine features such as pointed ears, canine nose or muzzle, etc - Dog nose and ears (on top of his head, replacing human ears) and toe/finger beans
-Eyes that glow with hellfire colors. May also be slitted like a cat or lizard. Also may have inverted/black sclera. Glowing eyes when in the dark or emotional. - Red eyes w/black whites (solid red in canine forms) that glow faintly in low light conditions or when emotional
-Sharp claws/teeth; can tear through bone.
-Dog tail (sorta prehensile)
-Wings/Flight

Other Monster Traits:
-Heightened smell/sight/hearing. - sight more of a night vision thing
-Baleful howl, fills others with fear and dread. Can also become damaging if protracted, shattering glass and pushing people and objects back.
-Hatred of Angels or bright light. Repelled or hurt by holy symbols, depending on the strength of faith behind the symbol. - Distaste of Celestial players can be overcome with CR but he's still gonna default to not trusting/liking you once traits emerge
-Additional entirely canine form, can switch in and out of at will. - Big black german shepard-esq dog with red, glowing eyes.
-Bone growths on body, in the form of spines, or in the form of visible bones or skull. (Mostly on hybrid form but some remain in human(ish) forn)
-Additional beast-human hybrid form. May double in height and mass. Changing to this form can be either voluntary or involuntary. [Zoanthrope]
-Loyalty compulsion: compelled to pick out a handful of people and faithfully guard them and follow their orders.
-Doom echo: can hear voices of the deceased if in an area associated with death. Graveyards, battlegrounds, etc. Voices tend to be indistinct and like hearing a crowd of people talk.
-Fire resistance, may also have an increased body temperature. (Not available in Dragon form)
-Elemental breath, can be exhaled at will or when emotional. Breathe either fire, ice, or lightning. (Fire Breath) [Drakonis] (Not available in Dragon form)
-Pack Link: Limited mind speech to those seen as packmates. Can communicate either short sentences, or convey emotions or sensations. [Zoanthrope]
-Supernaturally tough. Can take twice the amount of damage that would kill most other monsters, and keep fighting through it. [Taurus]
-Shadow Magic: can shape shadows into illusions, and blend into them for near invisibility. With blood boost can shape shadows into solid weapons, and travel through shadows. [Undead]
-Protean form: can change limbs or parts of body to animal and back. (Used to mostly hide dragon traits in human-ish form. that tail is big)
-Elemental breath (Ice): can be exhaled at will or when emotional. (Ice this time, only usable in dragon forms of if enough dragon stuff 'showing')
-Have a monster form that combines features from two or more animals. Can be shifted into and out of at will. Typically the size of a large horse. Dragons tend towards reptilian builds. (see below)
-Long and potentially prehensile animal tail.
-Sharp teeth and claws, capable of cutting through metal. (Only dragon claws/teeth)
-Horns (in dragon form)
-Armored scales (in dragon form)
-Icy reside/trails from dragon claws

Vehicle: WW2 era motorcycle.
Vehicle Traits: Tough, Fast
Vehicle Description: Similar to a M-72 or other old soviet bikes. Has saddle bags but no sidecar or guns attached. Maybe later XD

[First Impressions]
Visual: Looks younger than his 18 years (the game calls him "boy"), and his frame is generally thin and bony. He's on the shorter side of average height and under weight but not alarmingly so. Caucasian/pale skin, dark hair and eyes. He often has his rifle with him, usually strapped over his back.
Aural: Generally speaks softly and sounds unsure of himself. In combat or dangerous situations he flips into soldier mode and has a more confident tone. ~~If he can ever be convince to take charge of something he speaks curtly and with authority. He will do his damnedest to not end up in a situation where he has to, however.~~
If he's got any sort of accent it'd be eastern european, since he's from an AU!Czechia.
Olfactory: The jumpsuit probably smells vaguely of mud, gunpowder and blood, but Levi himself just smells like a normal human.
Demeanor: In casual situations, Levi seems pretty meek. He's quiet, avoids eye-contact when possible and generally seems timid. Its often pretty obvious that he's Depressed. It'd be easy to assume he's a push over.
If the situation is dangerous or there's combat, though, he switches to solider mode. Then he'll carry himself more confidently and remains stoic in the face of just about anything.
Its obvious he's military, and even when he's being meek and timid this can be picked up on by anyone paying attention.

The Fear & Hunger games are overflowing with sensitive content. I'll mention CWs as they come along, but here's a list of what I can think of right now

For Levi: Child Soldiers, Child Abuse, Mental Illness (PTSD, Depression), Self Injury, Drug Use/Addiction (Levi may or may not be a heroin addict depending on player choices, he is in Route666)

For general setting: BODY HORROR, Violence, Gore, Dismemberment, Human Sacrifice, Nudity, Alcohol and Tobacco use

Exists in canon but not likely to come up: Sexual Abuse/Non-con, Anti-LGTB things

Oh, and spoilers obviously.

I'm probably missing some but will update as needed.
